    • Self sign-up is disabled — Josh provisions hans@tobie.team in Supabase for you
    • Supabase sends an invite / set-password email to hans@tobie.team — check that inbox
    • The Tobie sign-in page should load cleanly (no 404 or error)

    Set your password from the email

    You do this

    Lands in hans@tobie.team within ~30 seconds

    • Open the invite email from Supabase and pick a password you can remember
    • The link returns you to this app — you will see "You are not an operator" (correct, until step 4)
    • Check spam if nothing arrives after 2 minutes

    • Josh will paste one line of SQL that gives you operator access
    • This takes him ~20 seconds

    • /sales — pipeline kanban (drag cards between stages) + Add Lead modal
    • /sales/opportunities/[id] — stage editor, convert modal, touchpoint timeline
    • /sales/follow-ups — overdue / today / tomorrow tabs with inline actions
    • /sales/reports — recharts funnel, conversion rates, lead sources, activity trend

What you'll do while training

Browse CRM data, log touchpoints, add leads, and practice the Convert flow on test opportunities. Josh has the admin seat; you have operator access — you can read and mutate CRM data but you can't change who else has access.
